BMNR quotes use Yahoo Finance with Twelve Data as an optional fallback. Crypto prices and Ethereum supply use CoinGecko and market quote feeds.

ETF flows and staking APR

Daily U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF flows are collected from Farside Investors after publication. The displayed Ethereum staking APR references ethereum.org.

Core calculations

Crypto NAV: ETH holdings × ETH price + BTC holdings × BTC price + cash and marketable securities
mNAV: BMNR market capitalization ÷ crypto NAV
ETH per share: Reported ETH holdings ÷ shares outstanding
Staking ratio: Staked ETH ÷ total ETH holdings × 100

Historical mNAV records before June 15, 2026 use reported cash only. Records dated June 15, 2026 or later use cash plus marketable securities.

Update timing and revisions

Live quotes generally refresh on a short interval, while filing-based treasury, share, staking, and ETF-flow records update after their source publishes. Interim share counts or derived values may be estimates and can be revised when newer filings become available. Every metric should be read with its displayed source date.
